Purpose of the Website

Minors and Parental Consent
Participation of individuals under the age of 18 in the Association’s activities is permitted only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering a minor for any activity, the parent or legal guardian:
- confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy
- agrees to the processing of the minor’s personal data for participation in activities
- assumes responsibility for the minor’s participation and conduct
The Association reserves the right to request proof of parental or legal guardian consent at any time.
Media, Marketing and Publicity Consent
By participating in the Association’s activities, participants (or their parent/legal guardian, in the case of minors) agree that the Association may use and share, free of charge, the following materials for non-commercial, educational, and promotional purposes:
- name and surname
- competition results and rankings
- photos, video recordings, or other media materials created during activities
These materials may be published on:
- the Association’s website
- social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- promotional or informational materials
The Association will not use such materials in a way that is abusive, misleading, or contrary to the participant’s legitimate interests. Participants or their legal guardians may request the removal of specific materials by contacting the Association.
Limitation of Liability
The Association:
- does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
- is not liable for technical issues outside its control
- is not responsible for user-generated content
Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Modifications
The Association may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled by competent Romanian courts.
